What does the scan check?

The scan runs 16 automated accessibility checks covering document metadata (title, language), text structure (tagged PDF, heading hierarchy, reading order), images (alt text), forms (field labels), tables (header structure), links (descriptive text), fonts, bookmarks, and more. Each file gets a PASS, FAIL, or RISK rating.

Is this a WCAG certification?

No. This is an automated pre-audit that identifies technical accessibility issues and helps you prioritize fixes. For full WCAG 2.1 AA certification, consult a certified accessibility auditor.

Can I try before paying?

Yes. You can scan up to 2 PDFs / 50 pages per day without payment. No account required. It's a risk-free way to see what the report looks like.

What file types can I upload?

We accept single PDF files. The maximum file size is 100 MB.

How long are files stored?

Uploaded files and generated reports are automatically deleted 24 hours after scanning. We do not retain copies.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal and supported cards through PayPal Checkout. No subscription is required—pay per scan. We do not store your payment details.

How secure is my data?

Every upload is scanned for viruses. We validate file types with magic-number checks and process files in isolated environments. Files are deleted after scanning.
